Returns

You have 5 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, or documentation.
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized hospital equipment.
  • Opened or used medical consumables (e.g., syringes, dressings).
  • Sterile items where the packaging has been tampered with or opened.
  • Refurbished equipment after 3 days of usage.

Return Process
